The conference will have three main themes and have parallel sessions:
War on Land (including arms, armour and archaeology)
War on Sea (including maritime history and archaeology)
The Culture of War
We are keen to have proposals for 30 minute academic papers in these areas, covering any period from c. 1200 to the mid sixteenth century, and any area of Europe. Please send an abstract of c.300 words to Agincourt@southampton.ac.uk by 29 April 2015.
On Saturday 1 August we will be running a Public History Event in Southampton in collaboration with The Battlefield Trust. For this we are looking for shorter individual and group presentations aimed at a non-academic audience. Please send proposals of c. 300 words to Agincourt@southampton.ac.uk by 31 December 2014

The fully resident charge (in halls of residence) for the conference is likely to be c. £320. Further details will be posted in due course so ensure you register your interest with Agincourt@southampton.ac.uk to be kept up to date. There will be a special visit and conference dinner at Fort Nelson on Sunday 2 August 2015.
