The intensive study course is organised in the context of Erasmus + KA2 FONTES, FOstering iNnovative Training in the use of European legal Sources (2021-1-IT02-KA220-HED-000032190).

The doctoral seminar brings together researchers from different parts of Europe to
deliver seminars and hand-on workshops focusing on:
- What is a legal source
- Types of legal literature
- Codicology and palaeography of legal manuscripts
- Medieval civil and canon law sources
- Sources of the ius proprium
It features lectures by:
