Lunch lecture in the Medieval Seminar Series, organized by the Pirenne Institute for Medieval Studies at Ghent University
For the second MSS Lunch Lecture of this year, we welcome Christopher Dyer, emeritus professor of Leicester University and senior research fellow at Birmingham University. Christopher Dyer is an economic and social historian of the Middle Ages with strong interdisciplinary interests in archeology and landscape history. He will speak about social mobility in medieval England.
Please note that this lecture is later than usual, therefore it will be an afternoon coffee lecture rather than a lunch lecture. The lecture will take place at the same venue : meeting room archeology (1st floor of the UFo building).
